Flow Pack Wrapper for Multi-Format Packaging Operations

Flexibility defines the modern packaging line, and ECHO flow pack wrappers are engineered for co-packers and manufacturers who need one machine to handle multiple formats. The core innovation is the modular forming section: each format uses a dedicated forming shoulder and jaw set that mounts on a common base frame with quick-release clamps and auto-recognition sensors that load the correct recipe parameters. The film unwind system handles roll diameters up to 400mm with motorized roll centering for web alignment. For registered print films, dual optical mark sensors provide redundancy, and the control system automatically compensates for print repeat variations. Temperature control extends across four independent heating zones on the longitudinal sealer and three on each cross-seal jaw set. An optional ultrasonic sealing module is available for heat-sensitive products requiring cold-seal-only operation.
